Had an amazing stay here and a great bargain! Everything was spotless upon arrival and the place is huge (by Japan standards). Clint lives on one half of the house. The other half is for airbnb guests (2 rooms). I was lucky enough to be the only guest which meant I had a bedroom upstairs which was already larger than I'm used to, as well as a whole downstairs to myself which includes a large living space with a TV, a kitchen, and a bathroom. A washing machine and cooking supplies are also provided! Clint is also a very hospitable host. He welcomed me upon arrival and didn't seem to mind spending as much time as needed to discuss local tips. He speaks both English and Japanese very well which is a plus! Our home is recommended for 1 or 2 people. (3 if you are desperate) You will have the entire first floor, our family live on the upper floors and it is a shared entrance. The room has a kitchenette which has a sink, IH cooker and microwave. Kitchen equipment is provided. A peaceful and lovely neighbourhood near Yoyogi park.

The room sleeps 2 comfortably (3 is a squeeze but we can accommodate in an emergency). All amenities are provided and please do not hesitate to ask if there is something you are looking for.

Sustainability: We have a free library shelf, please help yourself to any of the books on the shelf and feel free to leave any books there for future guests. We are passionate about helping cats in need and make regular donations to Kawakuji shelter in Ibaraki. The cat shelter also makes good use of our old towels and blankets.
