(about 100㎡) house. Very clean, comfortable, the equipment is great. Nakano is the very famous and popular Japanese subculture town. It takes only 5 minutes by train to Shinjuku station. There is parking lot and no-limited optical line wired internet. There are 8beds and 14 people can sleep.

There is bus stop to Shinjuku(Nakano kogyo koko中野工業高校前)in front of the house.


5min to Shinjuku sta, 14min to Shibuya sta, 16min to Tokyo sta. 18min to Akihabara sta by JR train.

The place is nice and peaceful, 10 mins walk to station and restaurant, 5 mins to 7-11. Provide parking space. Very recommend.

Unfortunately our stay was cut short, but the host was very responsive and accommodating.

I really liked that this house had a bicycle which helped getting around faster. Right next to a bus stop. Very spacious!

1. Beds were terrible - blood stains on the futon, and you would sink into the middle of the bed

2. The walls were very dirty and stained. Made the overall ambience terrible

3. Closets were packed with random items, which made it impossible to fit luggage or anything. We opened the closet, and it looked like all the stuff was about to spill out. It was difficult to close up.

4. It is cheap but not worth it. If you want to compromise your sleep and comfortable living, go ahead.
