If someone wants to attend driving exams at Govt. License center, he/she needs proper practice in both inside course and on-road and has to be comfortable while driving. Giving exams in new environments with unknown examiner and even unknown cars seem difficult if someone is not comfortable in driving skills. I will recommend FCA driving school for both English/Japanese speakers. Their instructors can communicate in English and have very good skills at teaching. I passed the on-road test at the first attempt. They helped me throughout the process. Note: Please try to gather information beforehand about the driving test schedules in your desired center.
